To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Handmade Items: Please note that minor painting errors or imperfections are inherent in handmade items crafted by Indian artisans. Such minor variations are not considered grounds for returns.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our office address. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Shipping Costs: The shipping costs incurred for sending the item to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes both the initial shipping charges and any return shipping fees.
- Original Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and accessories are included.
