To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as eatables, flowers, jewellery or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  1. Claims Period: All claims must be made within 7 days after the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  2. Video Evidence: In case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, customers are required to make a complete video while opening the box from all sides. This video should clearly demonstrate the issue with the product. The video must be shared with us via email at support@homebiahomedecor.com or through WhatsApp at 9828344675.
  3. Handmade Items: Please note that minor painting errors or imperfections are inherent in handmade items crafted by Indian artisans. Such minor variations are not considered grounds for returns.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our office address. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. Shipping Costs: The shipping costs incurred for sending the item to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes both the initial shipping charges and any return shipping fees.
  6. Original Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and accessories are included.

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding any deductions for shipping costs.
